How we calculate these dates
The published table uses the next valid occurrence of December 23, including today when it matches. We subtract whole calendar days in UTC for the checklist, so a daylight saving clock change does not move a planning date. The live timer uses local midnight and updates while this tab is visible. Neither calculation includes travel time or venue opening hours.
